New Beginnings: The Next Chapter for Geeky Hawks

Two years ago, we founded Geeky Hawks with a straightforward mission: to deliver exceptional custom web and mobile development services while building tools that empower businesses and developers alike. From engineering tailored client solutions and business platforms like Symbolify, our QR code solution, to shipping open-source libraries and production-ready starter kits, we are dedicated to removing technical friction and helping teams scale smarter.

We started our journey registered in the UAE as Geeky Hawks FZE LLC. Since 2024, that structural foundation allowed us to ship open-source libraries, craft cross-platform mobile apps, and connect with incredible developers across the globe.

But as our community expands and our product ecosystem matures, our internal infrastructure needs to evolve alongside it.

Today, we are thrilled to share a major milestone marking our own new beginnings: Geeky Hawks has officially relocated its primary corporate base to the United States, operating as Geeky Hawks LLC (Wyoming).

What’s Changing? (Spoiler: Just the Legal Line)

On the surface, everything you know and trust about Geeky Hawks remains exactly the same:

• Our core engineering standards, design systems, and software services haven’t missed a single beat.
• Our global domain (geekyhawks.com), official visual identity, and brand social handles match perfectly.
• Our open-source projects, utility ecosystems, and upcoming product pipelines carry forward seamlessly under the exact same product development team.

Legally and structurally, this corporate relocation establishes a closer physical presence to our primary global developer ecosystems and North American enterprise partners. This shift makes it dramatically simpler to sustainably support our open-source sponsors, integrate domestic systems, and scale our high-performance commercial assets.
